A commis chef is required for the Yacht Club Cala d'Or in Mallorca, a stunning venue on the south-east coast with restaurants, bars and function rooms . Your duties will include presentation and supervision of all meals including breakfast, buffets, lunches and evening meals as well as monitoring stock controlling systems and safety practices and ensuring hygiene is of the highest standard. City and Guilds, NVQ or BTEC in catering and/or at least 2 years proven experience in catering required.
